EVOLUTION COMPACT is our modular roll line concept.
Every roll known to us can be processed with this system,
with every dough, in every process, in weight from
25 – 140 g, in a capacity of 9.000 – 24.000 pcs/hr.
And we have designed in such a way that it is possible to
expand for the production of new rolls or increasing the
hourly capacity.
